Meet the Makers: Asia in 90 Minutes is a 90-minute cultural food tasting inspired by Korea, Japan, China and Thailand. What to expect: dishes and flavours from four Asian cuisines, guided by the makers behind them. Menus and beverages may vary based on seasonal availability and supplier offerings. Location: Horticulture Building, Lansdowne Park, 1525 Princess Patricia Way, Ottawa, Ontario. Sessions: daily at 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm (Eastern Time), starting January 1, 2027.
